About the work
CNPD pop edition of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Class Smiley Riot Shield stamps commemorating the 200th anniversary of the Peterloo Massacre.
Issued on the occasion of the exhibition “From _______ To ________” at the People’s History Museum, Manchester.
9th August – 8th September 2019.
These are the first CNPD stamps issued since the 10th Anniversary Edition of Stamps of Mass Destruction in 2013.
Stamped and numbered prints on archival matt stock in traditional CNPD non-compliant edition sizing:
1st Class: Edition of 300
2nd Class: Edition of 200
3rd Class: Edition of 100
